
Just kidding! I want you all to know that I'm super grateful for our family, but mostly for my sisters (and mom) all 7 of you are great examples to me!
Eating healthy is something that I'm usually okay at... minus the excess of sugar, of course. But, exercising is the area that I really need to work on, so let me know your favorite things to do when you work out!

My VERY favorite way to workout is going jogging with my iPod. Can't be beat. I love listening to song that make me want to jog a little faster and start singing! :)
My least favorite is lifting weights, but Bruce loves that so I do it with him (which is good cause it needs to be done).
I also tried kickboxing with ladies in our stake. So much fun and the most sore I have been in my life (all over my body instead of one part).

I enjoy mixing it up and get bored easily. I agree with Elisa that music definately helps! Sometimes we play really good dance music and dance around for 1/2 hour. Sometimes it is the music on this blog! It is a good work out and is fun, and the kids love it! I feel that a five minute stretch each day is as important to your health as excersize! So stretch!
